In carving a bow, a tree or piece of hardwood calls. We answer by discovering the bow within its many growth rings. Every piece of wood carries its own character, and no two bows are ever quite the same.
Tillering takes patience and careful observation. The bow is refined many times over until the limbs work together in harmony and the finished bow reveals itself in your hands.
